Candidates should be interested in developing their business acumen and utilizing analytical skill to gain experience in investment banking and M&A advisory. Interns will participate in many aspects of acquisitions and divestitures, such as secondary and primary-source research, development of industry and company profiles, and other quantitative and qualitative analysis. Although Bainbridge seeks interns with diverse backgrounds, students pursuing finance and economics degrees are preferred.

A Capital Advisory intern should demonstrate maturity and initiative, excellent analytical ability, strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork skills. Also needed is an understanding of corporate financial analysis and financial statements, and the ability to adapt to varied assignments and situations.
