SAN DIEGO, CA – Forbes Magazine released its ranking of “America’s Best Management Consulting Firms” of 2016 in collaboration with online statistics provider, Statista. The ranking assesses “classic” management consultancy firms, IT consultancies, advisory branches of auditing firms, and consulting branches of agencies based on the results of two online surveys.
In the first survey, 7,286 partners and project managers from management consultancies were asked to make recommendations of consultancies (excluding their own) across 15 industries and 16 functional areas, including strategy, human resources consulting, and supply chain management.
The second surveyed 1,316 management consultancy clients who were asked to recommend consultancies on a list falling within industries and functional areas in which they have worked with a consultancy in the last four years. As a result of both surveys, consultancies were sorted alphabetically into starred categories according to the number of total recommendations received from both colleagues and clients.
